Mirimiri + Fofō | 1hr, $140
Hands-on bodywork rooted in Māori and Samoan healing traditions. Held, one hour of deep care supporting the alignment of your wairua, hinengaro and tīnana.
Sound + Breathwork | 30min & 1hr sessions
Guided breath, tone, and sound healing. Space to bring your whole nervous system out of go-mode and into rest.
Casual sessions and group bookings both available.
Matariki Hauora Pass | $199
1x Mirimiri + Fofō, 2x Sound + Breathwork (1hr), plus comp koko/tī. $199 special — available to book until 10 September, capped at 25 passes.
A one-off reset built for the Matariki season. For anyone ready to start their healing, wellness and recovery journey.
